Sales Personnel

Responsibilities:

Performs sales activities including cold calls, supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, and vendor relations. Prepares and delivers sales materials; attends exhibits and other promotional opportunities. Develops, manages, and guides sales activities. Proposes and executes policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for services. Oversees related marketing activities.

Junior Product SME

 

Responsibilities:

The SME consultants work both at select clients and with tool vendors, travel is required. A SME consultant will work closely with the senior SME and the clients team and with the vendor partner to ensure that goals are defined and met. These Consultants are proactive in managing the techinal relationship with our vendors as well as to ensure client engagement objectives are met in a timely and satisfactory way. They must be able to handle the complicated technical issues independently, which may not always be centered around the area of thier SME, such as OS or Network issues. The SME Consultants will be expected to provide training on ReleaseTEAM solutions, and DevOps tools and practices.

SCM Consultants

 

Responsibilities:

The SCM Consultants work at a number of different clients per year, setting and maintaining the policies and procedures to maintain software configuration management environments. These roles can vary from Client to Client; from an Architect role to the role of Mentor, but always an engineering role, which typically include defining scripts and meta-data types to be used by team members and to troubleshoot problems. The SCM Consultant usually leads or works closely with the clients hiring team to ensure that goals are defined and met per engagement These Consultants must be proactive in managing the engagement to ensure the objectives are met in a timely and satisfactory way. They must be able to handle the complicated technical issues independently, which may not always be centered around the software configuration discipline, such as OS or Network issues. The SCM Consultants will be expected to provide informal and formal training on ReleaseTEAM solutions, software configuration management and DevOps.

Must be proactive in managing the engagement to ensure the objectives are met in a timely and satisfactory way.

Represent the company at conferences and seminars as a git champion.

Qualifications:
