Perforce Administrator

• Location: Remote (U.S.)
• Company: ReleaseTEAM
• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location, plus performance bonuses and benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Perforce Helix Core environments.
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade source control architectures.
• Configure depots, streams, workspaces, permissions, triggers, and replication.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
• Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization.
• Troubleshoot server, client, replication, and networking issues.
• Integrate Perforce with CI/CD platforms including GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Deploy and support Helix Swarm, Helix ALM, and other Perforce products.
• Assist customers with migrations from Git, Subversion, CVS, ClearCase, and other source control systems.
• Develop automation using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in customer architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working on multiple client engagements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Perforce Helix Core in production environments.
• Strong understanding of source control concepts and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of networking, authentication, SSL certificates, backups, and storage management.
• Experience integrating Perforce with build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Helix Swarm, Helix ALM, or Helix DAM.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience administering enterprise DevOps platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

GitLab Administrator

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, administer, and upgrade GitLab Self-Managed and GitLab Dedicated environments.
• Design scalable, highly available GitLab architectures for enterprise customers.
• Configure users, groups, projects, permissions, runners, storage, and authentication.
• Install, configure, and maintain GitLab Runners across Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Design, troubleshoot, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement GitLab security features including SAST, DAST, Dependency Scanning, Secret Detection, Container Scanning, and License Compliance.
• Configure backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Integrate GitLab with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Kubernetes, Jira, Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud platforms.
• Assist customers migrating from GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, or other DevOps platforms.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and pipeline issues.
• Automate administration tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Create technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Provide architecture recommendations and DevSecOps best practices to customers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years administering GitLab in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Git, Git workflows, branching strategies, and merge request processes.
• Experience administering Linux servers.
• Experience building and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
• Experience with identity providers including LDAP, Active Directory, or SAML.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• GitLab Certified Associate, Certified CI/CD Associate, or GitLab Professional certifications.
• Experience with GitLab Ultimate and GitLab Dedicated.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with JFrog, SonarQube, HashiCorp Vault, or other DevSecOps tools.

Atlassian Cloud Administrator / Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Atlassian Cloud products including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Loom, and Atlassian Administration.
• Design, configure, and optimize Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, permissions, notification schemes, and automation rules.
• Configure and maintain Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and knowledge management solutions.
• Implement and support Jira Service Management portals, request types, SLAs, queues, assets, and automation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, filters, and executive reporting solutions.
• Configure Atlassian Access, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, user lifecycle management, and security policies.
