Title: Project and Portfolio Management, "The Winning PPM Strategy"
Speaker: IBM Chief Architect Arthur Ryman and colleague David Terry
Description: A delicate balance of proper planning, proper execution, and constant monitoring is necessary for projects to succeed. IBM Rational's PPM tool shares the same artifacts and presents them in different views depending on the user's role. Developers enter information into defect tracking systems, which can be viewed by project managers, which in turn can be viewed by portfolio managers. Collaboration and sharing of data is the key to success. Learn more about leveraging this tool in your organization!
