• Updating your resume is a vital part of marketing YOU and your skills to ReleaseTEAM clients.  Be sure to add any new/different applications or processes that you worked with this year.  Send me a copy when you are finished to bmaxim@releaseteam.com!
  
• There is often an opportunity to engage an on site client with additional projects, YOU are the key to making this happen!  When you see an example where ReleaseTEAM resources can help a client, please bring that info to our sales staff.  We want to help our customers, as well as keep ourselves busy!
• If there is a negative situation or feedback from a client, it may be more difficult to bring that information to us.  Don't hesitate, the sales staff is here to support you!  Often we can diffuse a potentially ugly situation with a simple phone call.
• Remember Shawn's tips and tricks for working on site with a client, easily summed up as being the most professional and helpful person you can be.  Our sterling reputation preceeds us, and we can all live up to it while on site.
• Don't ever think twice about bringing any questions/comments/concerns to my attention, without you none of this would be possible!
