The Build and Release Engineers work at a number of different clients per year, setting, maintaining and automating the software build environments. Must be able to handle the complicated technical issues independently, which may be centered around source code control systems, OS or Network issues, automation tools and build scripts.

SCM Consultants
Responsibilities:
The SCM Consultants work at a number of different clients per year, setting and maintaining the policies and procedures to maintain ClearCase and ClearQuest environments. These roles can vary from Client to Client; from an Architect role to the role of Mentor, but always an engineering role, which typically include defining scripts and meta-data types to be used by team members and to troubleshoot problems. The SCM Consultant usually leads or works closely with the clients Configuration Management, JOBs, jobs, employment, hiring, hiring team to ensure that goals are defined and met per engagement These Consultants must be proactive in managing the engagement to ensure the objectives are met in a timely and satisfactory way. They must be able to handle the complicated technical issues independently, which may not always be centered around ClearCase or ClearQuest, such as OS or Network issues. Recruiter/Employee Satisfaction Manager
Responsibilities:
The Recruiter/Employee Satisfaction Manager is responsible for attracting quality employees and retaining them.
- Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Engage employees and work to increase work and career satisfaction.
- Write complete and detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house databases to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Create and foster relationships with professional organizations to attract and recruit candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with new hires.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within the Human Resources organization.
- Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
- Work closely with Human Resources on employee benefits and bonus plans.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the software services industry.
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities.
- Ability to build search assignment abstracts from client engagement discussions and forms.
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
- Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
