Tue, 11 Nov 2008LoganPosted to Travel categoryAt the Logan airport a little early, and turns out my plan is delayed. I have a few extra hours to spend in the great Boston airport.Met with a friend of mine last night who has lost around 60lbs in only a few months. He did it following the Atkins plan. I'll have to look in and see if I can do the same, need to ask the doctor if it's safe. Overall the trip out here was productive.
