I haven't been updating my blog directly in a while. Been busy and it's easier to update it via my twitter account on my cell phone.

However, here's a diet update that most of the folks following me on twitter wouldn't care much about.

I saw the doctor for my regular diabetes checkup. Things are looking better, I've been sticking to my diet (mostly) and it is starting to show in the blood work results. I still need to work on it, but all the indications are I'm moving in the right direction.
